Office hours and community meetings

This is a special announcement that we starting a new outreach effort for our users, which will include:

• Having monthly community calls on Google Meet where anyone can join. The calendar for these events here, and as an initial trial, we will be doing both a North America/Europe friendly time and an Asia Pacific friendly time.
