Install

The latest release of JBrowse is version 1.9.3.  Download it here.

Then follow the tutorial instructions for pre-requisites (CPAN/Bioperl), installation and testing.

Human genome data:
For pre-generated tarballs of JBrowse JSON files for the human genome and (eventually) other organisms, check out our data releases.

For developers:
